This includes the identification, assessment, selection and development of next-generation of ‘disruptive digital leaders’ and ensures their readiness to meet the challenges during times of disruption and crisis.

The Institute developed the innovative “Disruptive Leadership 4.0 Masterclass” , which is essentially a series of executive development programs including executive coaching, for CEOs and C-suite leaders, incorporating the best practices tools, frameworks and contemporary approaches as well as case studies of successful organizations based on the extensive research published in the books “Leadership in Disruptive Times” (Business Expert Press, 2020) and “Transforming the Next Generation of Leaders: Developing Future Leaders for a Disruptive, Digital-Driven Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0)” (Business Expert Press, 2019).
